Level 16
: Blinds 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Mathew Perez raised to 10,000 under the gun before Bin Weng three-bet to 38,000 in the small blind. Perez called and they saw a flop of 8♠2♦5♠.
Weng then bet 42,000 and Perez called. The turn was the K♦ and Weng bet another 32,000. Perez folded this time.
"King saved you?" Weng asked as he showed Q♣Q♠.
"The best hand you've had all tournament?" another tablemate asked Weng.
"Yesterday, in the first 30 minutes I have four aces. Then I didn't get a good hand the rest of the day," Weng replied.
