The K♥ turn saw Al-Kubasi check, after which Chaoui bet 10,000. Al-Kubasi wasn't done just yet and stuck around with a call.

The 5♣ completed the board, and Al-Kubasi check-folded in the face of a 33,000 bet from Chaoui.
