'Goofy' Gets Paid With a Flush

'Goofy' raised from under the gun, with Sinan Unlu and Mikita Badziakouski calling from the blinds.

All three players checked to the river on the 5♥10♦7♥5♦9♥ runout. After two checks, 'Goofy' bet 650,000, and Unlu called.

Badziakouski immediately stood up and put his hands to his head, saying, "I'm sure I can beat one of you."

He used a time bank and looked directly at 'Goofy', saying, "I can beat you," then turned to Unlu and said, "I'm not sure about you."

In the end, Badziakouski folded. 'Goofy' showed A♥4♥ for the ace-high flush, proving Badziakouski's read on him wasn't quite as sharp as he thought. Unlu mucked, and 'Goofy' stacked up more chips.
