Zheng Takes Down a Four-Bet Pot

Philipp Wood raised to around 2,000 from under the gun, and Xiaosheng Zheng called from the next seat. Vasileios Panagiotidis then squeezed to 6,500 from the hijack, prompting Wood to four-bet to 26,000. Zheng called, and Panagiotidis came along as well.

With around 80,000 in the middle, Wood elected to check the 425 flop, and Zheng took over the betting, firing 25,000.

That earned him the pot, as both of his opponents quickly folded.

The following hand, Velasevic raised to 1,800 from under the gun, with Rizov calling from the hijack and Alexey Borovkov defending from the big blind.

The 1045 flop checked to Velasevic, who continued for 2,500. Rizov raised to 7,000, forcing both Borovkov and Velasevic to fold.

Rizov also turned over the J, drawing a few laughs from the table.

The dealer spread the monotone 83J flop, and the action checked to Fal, who bet 2,000. Mikhanashvili folded, while Panka continued with a call.

Panka check-called a second bet of 6,000 on the 7 turn before doing the same when the 2 completed the runout, this time for 15,000.

Fal tabled A5 for an ace-high flush, and Panka mucked his hand.
