Zorlu Er raised to 32,000 in early position with J♠10♥, and Mikalai Vaskaboinikau responded with a three-bet to 85,000 with 4♠4♣ in the cutoff. Rob Yong then put in a four-bet to 508,000 from the small blind with A♦K♦, which got quick folds from both Er and Vaskaboinikau.
Zorlu Er raised to 32,000 from middle position, and Mikita Badziakouski jammed the hijack for 169,000. When it got back to Er, he thought for a few moments and then made the call.
Mikita Badziakouski: K♦Q♦
Zorlu Er: A♥2♥
Er was ahead with ace-high and just needed to avoid Badziakouski's paint cards or diamonds to send one of the toughest players to the rail.
The 6♥3♦K♣ flop propelled Badziakouski into the lead with top pair.
Er picked up a flush draw on the 9♥ turn, although the 3♣ river was a brick, and Badziakouski earned the much-needed double-up.
Artur Martirosian raised to 32,000 from early position with 9♦9♣, Zorlu Er called from middle position with A♣Q♥, Mikalai Vaskaboinikau called from the small blind with J♣7♣, and Thomas Alfred Mayer called from the big blind with 10♦7♦.
The flop came 2♠K♦7♠, and Martirosian bet 30,000. Er and Vaskaboinikau called, while Mayer folded.
The 7♥ hit the turn, and all three players checked. The 5♣ fell on the river, and Vaskaboinikau led for 200,000, which got folds from both Martirosian and Er.
Mikalai Vaskaboinikau raised to 25,000 from under the gun, and Aleksejs Ponakovs defended his big blind.
Ponakovs check-called a bet of 20,000 on a Q♠7♣7♦ flop and check-called again on the 10♥ turn, this time for 30,000.
The K♠ completed the board, and Ponakovs checked once again. Vaskaboinikau moved all, and Ponakovs called immediately, putting his remaining 123,000 into the middle.
Vaskaboinikau tabled 5♠5♥, which was a long way behind the A♣J♥ of Ponakovs, who had rivered a Broadway straight.
On the first hand, with J♥7♥, Manuel Fritz raised to 24,000 from the cutoff, and Mikita Badziakouski defended from the big blind with 10♦9♠.
Badziakouski check-called a continuation-bet of 16,000 from Fritz on the K♣J♠6♥ flop.
The 10♣ turn checked through, and the J♦ completed the board. Badziakouski checked and faced a bet of 65,000 from Fritz. Badziakouski took his time before folding.

The stream will start with a 60-minute delay via the OnyxLive YouTube Channel, and PokerNews coverage will pick up when the stream begins at 2:15 p.m. local time, so stay tuned for all the action.
The $50,500 Onyx High Roller Championship returns for its final day at the Merit Royal Diamond Hotel Casino & Spa, with nine players still in contention for a title at the 2026 Onyx High Roller Series schedule.
A field of 18 high-stakes regulars created a $864,000 prize pool, but only the top three will walk away with a share of it. The eventual champion will collect $450,000, with $250,000 awaiting the runner-up and $164,000 going to third place.
Leading the way is Alexey Borovkov, who enjoyed a steady rise throughout Day 1 before finishing with 1,289,000. One of his biggest pots came late in the day when he eliminated Paulius Vaitekunas.

Sitting close behind is Rob Yong, who only entered during the final moments of registration but wasted little time building a stack. Yong finished with 1,019,000 after an eventful few levels that included pulling off big bluffs against Alex Kulev and Mikita Badziakouski.
