Coming back from dinner, we've spotted a few new faces in the field, but they aren't unrecognizable by any means. Both Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi and Chino Rheem are now in the mix here at the 2010 Full Tilt Poker Merit Cyprus Classic. They each played the $25,000 High Roller Freeze-Out, but were eliminated short of the money. There still the big Main Event here in Cyprus though, and they're going to be given it their all in this one.
Julian Gardner got the last of his chips in on a board of

with
, drawing live against his opponent's
. Unfortunately for Gardner, the
turn and
river were no help and he has been eliminated from the tournament.
After the hijack seat opened with a raise to 600 and the button called, Van Marcus three-bet from the big blind to 2,600. Both his opponents folded and Marcus picked up the pot to move back to 36,000 in chips. This is one of the few times Marcus has defended his big blind strongly with a reraise.
On the flop of

, the first player checked to Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi. He also checked and action moved to Ilir Beluli. He fired a bet of 575 and only Mizrachi came along for the ride down fourth street.
The turn added the
to the board and both players checked. The river was the
and Mizachi checked again. Beluli wasn't checking behind this time and fired a bet of 1,500. Mizrachi spun his hand into the muck, not willing to pay off the bet.
Van Marcus had called a bet from Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi on the turn of a board of

. The river was the
and Mizrachi fired 4,200.
"This is so sick!" said Marcus, who thought about it for a minute before tossing his hand away.
Mizrachi showed the
for six high and then Marcus grabbed his cards and showed the
. "How sick is that?!?!" said Marcus. "I called the turn to bluff the river and then thought about calling with ten high! You're a sicko!"
The players are on their last 10-minute break of the night.
