Backdoor Wheel Has Joseph Beahm-ing

With the board showing {4-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{3-Hearts}, the action was on Robert Bowers. His opponent, Joseph Beahm, had just pushed all in for 22,100 total, and it appeared Bowers was confused about the size of the raise. He was putting out 2,100 chips initially, but when it was explained to him that Beahm was actually all in for much more, Bowers eventually carved out the needed chips to call.

Beahm quickly flipped over his {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}, then Bowers earned a round of "ooohs" from the table when he turned over his {J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts} for a flopped set.

"Oh boy, I need help," said a grinning Beahm.

The turn brought the {5-Diamonds}, and Beahm began calling for a deuce. The dealer then burned a card and delivered the river… the {2-Diamonds}!

That earned still more "ooohs" as Beahm's grin widened accordingly. Bowers took the bad beat in stride, although now must battle with a short stack.
