O'Neill Gains Momentum

Level 3 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Mahmood Rasheed raised to 1,000 from early positon with Cosmin Croitoru calling out of the hijack before Richard O'Neill squezzed to 3,600 from the big blind. Rasheed and Croitoru both called.

All three players chose to check the 272 flop to see the 9 hit the turn. O'Neill put out a delayed continuation-bet of 5,000, which prompted two quick folds from his opponents.

Wards Takes From Roelofsen

The action was picked up with the flop reading 1043. Joe Ward checked from under the gun and Koen Roelofsen bet 2,000 out of the cutoff. Ward quickly called.

Both players checked the 8 turn and 5 river. Ward flipped up A10 for top pair and Roelofsen mucked.

Li Turns the Nuts

After two limps, Barry Connell raised to 1,000 from the cutoff. Chenchen Li called on the button and Cosmin Croitoru called from middle position.

When it checked to Connell on the JK8 flop, he continued with a bet of 1,100. Li called, but Croitoru folded.

Connell fired again on the 9 turn, this time for 2,200. Li called again.

Upon seeing the 2 hit the river, Connell slowed down and checked. Li bet 6,000 and Connell called. Li flipped over the nuts with Q10 and pulled in a healthy-sized pot.

The action was picked up on a flop of 210Q. Kermani Aghasi and Paul Fox had checked to Kevin Killeen, who bet 1,000 from the button. Aghasi called from the big bling, but Fox folded.

Aghasi checked again on the 5 turn and Killeen bet 3,000. Aghasi instantly called to see the 3 fall on the river. Both players checked and Aghasi took down the pot with QJ for a pair of queens.

The action was picked up on a flop of 78A. Marius Zidonis bet 800 from middle position and Niall Mullan called the small blind.

The 2 turn saw Mullan check-call another bet from Zidonis, this time for 1,500.

The two players were happy to check down the 8 river and Mullan flipped up 1010 for a pair of tens but was second best to the JJ of Zidonis for a slightly higher pair.
