Vergara Bets Big on the River
Level 3
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
A player in the cutoff bet 1,500 on a flop of A♦2♠5♠ and Charles Furey called on the button. Lucas Vergara then raised to 5,200 in the small blind, and both opponents called.
All three players checked the 3♠ turn. Vergara then bet 7,500 on the J♥ river, and both the cutoff and Furey folded as Vergara took down the pot.
