Espen Myrmo opened to 2,700 from the cutoff, but Simon Wilson on the button three-bet to 7,700. The blinds folded and Myrmo called.
The dealer fanned a flop of 7♦K♦9♠ where Wilson bet 4,600, then went deep into the tank after Myrmo check-raised all-in for 45,200. He eventually made the call.

Seamus Cahill opened to 2,600 from the cutoff and he was called by Espen Myrmo on the button.
Cahill continued for 3,200 on a flop of 5♠9♦4♦, then decided to go all-in for approximately 17,000 on the 3♥ turn.
Myrmo called on the flop, but fold when Cahill jammed.
Karl Hedderman raised to 2,600 from early position with Alec Torelli calling on the button before Mantas Stikelis squeeze shoved for 24,000 from the small blind. Hedderman called, but Torelli folded.

It was a classic flip that Stikelis needed to win to stay alive on Day 1a. However, the board ran out Q♣K♠9♣2♠9♥ to give Hedderman the winner with a pair of queens, and Stikelis was sent packing.
John Dwyer opened the action with a raise from under the gun to 2,600. Everyone folded, apart from Conor Bergin, who called from the small blind.
Bergin check-called a bet of 2,100 from Dwyer on the 9♥J♣4♣ flop.
The 2♠ hit the turn and the action went check-check. Upon seeing the 5♥ fall on the river Bergin led out for 11,000, which caused Dwyer to pause for a moments, but he ultimately let go of his cards and Bergin pulled in the pot.
Alan Gilmore opened to 2,800 from under the gun, Mantas Stikelis to his left three-bet to 7,500, but Temur Aliev on the button four-bet all-in for 13,700.
Gilmore raised all-in as well for a bit more than 30,000, and Stikelis called to make it a three-way all-in and call situation.

Aliev and Gilmore were on the edge of elimination after the flop of 4♠9♣2♦. They found a straight draw with the 5♠ turn, and the straight was completed thanks to the 3♠ river, so they split the pot.
Christian Steindel raised to 2,200 from the cutoff and Michael Dwyer defended out of the big blind.
Dwyer check-called a bet of 4,000 from Steindel on the 6♠10♣3♥ flop.
The 3♣ turn was checked through for the 4♦ to hit the river. Dwyer bet 3,600 and Steindel folded.
