Aldemir Doubles Against Antonius

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Koray Aldemir
Koray Aldemir

Koray Aldemir opened the button to 2,000. Patrik Antonius three-bet to 8,000 from the big blind and Aldemir jammed for almost 29,000. Antonius snap-called.

"Nice PLO hand," Antoinius said after he turned over {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds} and saw Aldemir had {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}.

Aldemir stayed ahead the entire way and even got a set on the turn as the {5-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{4-Spades}{10-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} fell on the board.

Mizrachi Takes Out Adams

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante
Timothy Adams
Timothy Adams

Timothy Adams' second bullet went about the same as the first and has just re-entered for his third bullet.

Adams opened to 1,600 from the cutoff before he called a three-bet of 5,100 from Robert Mizrachi from the small blind.

Mizrachi open-jammed a big stack on the {k-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{2-Spades} board and got Adams quickly called off for about 20,000.

Adams turned over {a-Clubs}{5-Clubs} and needed an ace or a club to beat the {6-Spades}{6-Hearts} turned over by Mizrachi. The {5-Spades} on the turn and the {j-Hearts} on the river were blanks for Adams and Mizrachi picked up the pot.

Joris Ruis raised a bet from Robert Mizrachi to about 6,000 after the {q-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} came on the flop with about 3,000 in the pot. Mizrachi jammed for less than 20,000 and Ruijs called for less.

Robert Mizrachi: {7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}
Joris Ruijs: {q-Hearts}{j-Clubs}

Mizrachi was behind when all the chips got in the middle but completed his open-ended straight draw after the {3-Hearts} came on the turn. Ruijs left the tournament, at least for now, after the {5-Spades} completed the board on the river.

Aldemir Out, Could Come Back

Level 5 : 300/600, 600 ante
Koray Aldemir and Joris Ruijs
Koray Aldemir and Joris Ruijs

Teun Mulder raised to 1,200 from the hijack and got calls from Koray Aldemir from the cutoff, James Romero from the small blind and Joris Ruijs in the big blind.

The action checked to Aldemir after the {10-Spades}{4-Spades}{8-Hearts} came on the flop and he led out for 1,800. Romero and Ruijs folded before Mulder called.

Mulder check-called a bet of 5,800 after the {10-Clubs} came on the turn. Mulder checked again after the {2-Spades} completed the board on the river. Aldemir bet 17,000 leaving just a single 100 chip behind. Mulder made the call and turned over {a-Spades}{5-Spades} for the nut flush.

Aldemir donated the spare 100 chip to Mulder's stack before he asked the tournament director: "How long can we re-enter for?"

The tournament director informed Aldemir he could do so until the end of Level 7.
