Antoine Saout raised to 11,500 from under the gun, the next player to act called, a player in middle position called, the button called, Mike Sexton called from the small blind, and the big blind called, as well.

The flop came {J-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{6-Spades} and Sexton checked. The big blind checked, Saout bet 26,000, and the next player to act called. The middle-position player raised to 90,000, the button folded, Saout called, and the next player to act folded.

The turn brought the {7-Diamonds} and Saout checked. The middle-position player bet 205,000 and Saout called.

The {4-Hearts} fell on the river and Saout bet 372,000, sending his opponent into the tank. After about a minute, he folded, and Saout took the pot.

Brereton Slips

Level 2 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Action folded around to Luke Brereton in the cutoff and he raised to 15,000. Santiago Soriano Ramos three-bet to 65,000 from the big blind and Brereton four-bet to 200,000. After a bit of thought, Ramos called.

The flop came {J-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{6-Spades} and both players checked.

The turn brought the {7-Diamonds} and Ramos bet 310,000. Brereton called.

The {8-Clubs} fell on the river and both players checked. Ramos tabled {A-Spades}{J-Hearts} for top pair, top kicker, Brereton sent his cards into the muck, and Ramos took the pot.

Thomas Scholze Doubles Through Andy Bacon

Level 3 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

With about 220,000 already in the middle and the board reading {9-Clubs}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}, Andy Bacon was under the gun and checked to his lone opponent, Thomas Scholze, who was on the button. Scholze bet 150,000 and Bacon called.

Bacon checked in the dark and the {A-Diamonds} fell on the river. Scholze bet 110,000 and Bacon check-raised to 600,000, putting Scholze to a decision for the remainder of his stack. He quickly called and Bacon flipped over {A-Spades}{2-Diamonds} for rivered two pair, but Schloze showed {6-Spades}{5-Spades} for the turned nut straight, so he took the pot to double up.

"Nice hand, I thought I'd gotten lucky on the river," said Bacon as Schloze stacked his newly-acquired chips.
