partypoker MILLION North America

The atmosphere at the Playground Poker Club is inexplicable in anticipation of the biggest live poker event in Canada's history. The partypoker MILLION North America Main Event is ready to break records, as there will be CA$1,000,000 guaranteed to the winner, and CA$5,000,000 guaranteed in the prizepool.

Live Day 1a is set to begin in a couple of hours at 12:00 p.m. local time in Montreal, Canada. Players buying into the tournament for CA$5,300/$4,000 will receive 1,000,000 chips to start, however there will be a variety of different stacks for the Phase 1 qualifiers. All players who qualified this way will bring over the number of chips they accumulated through the Phase 1 satellites. There will be 60-minute levels on Day 1, with one re-entry permitted until the end of the break, following level 6. Registration will also be open on Day 2 until the end of the first break after two levels, and blinds will be rolled back to begin at level 7, at 10,000/20,000 with an ante of 2,000.

There will be a 15-minute break every two levels, with a 45-minute dinner break after level 6.
