Daher Arrives; Aldemir Doubles

Level 4 : 7,000/14,000, 14,000 ante

On the tail end of a hand between Manig Loeser and late arrival Albert Daher, the board showed {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{5-Spades}{8-Clubs}{9-Clubs} and Loeser bet 90,000. Daher eventually raised it up to 340,000 and that forced an instant fold.

The next hand, Aymon Hata raised to 32,000 from the cutoff and Hamad Almannai called in the small blind. Koray Aldemir in the big blind filled up and the trio checked the {A-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{5-Spades} flop. Almannai bet the {7-Spades} turn for 35,000 and Aldemir moved all in for his last 224,000, forcing a fold from Hata and a call from Almannai.

Koray Aldemir: {A-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Hamad Almannai: {A-Spades}{3-Hearts}

The {6-Spades} river didn't matter anymore and Aldemir doubled to just over half the starting stack.

Simao Fails to Bluff Daher

Level 4 : 7,000/14,000, 14,000 ante

There was about 125,000 in the middle and the flop read {6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{6-Clubs}. partypoker Ambassador, Joao Simao (big blind), Stipo Vladic (under-the-gun), Albert Daher (mid-position), and Hamad Almannai (button) all checked through the flop to the {Q-Diamonds} on the turn. Simao bet 53,000 and only received a call from Daher.

The river completed the board with the {k-Clubs}, Simao bet 180,000. Daher glimpsed at Simao and threw in a chip to call. Simao showed {4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} but he was bested by Daher who tabled {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs} for two pair, queens and sixes.

Aldemir and Ziegler Eliminated

Level 4 : 7,000/14,000, 14,000 ante
Patrick Leonard off to a good start
Patrick Leonard off to a good start

With 220,000 in the pot and the flop showing {J-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades}, Koray Aldemir checked in late position and Joao Simao bet 100,000 in the hijack. Aldemir check-shoved for some 400,000 and partypoker ambassador Simao quickly called.

Koray Aldemir: {8-Hearts}{8-Spades}
Joao Simao: {A-Spades}{A-Diamonds}

The {4-Clubs} turn and {5-Clubs} river failed to improve Aldemir and he was eliminated.

Tobias Ziegler has also joined the rail after running out of chips for the second time today. His raise from under the gun was called by Renato Nowak in the small blind, then partypoker ambassador Patrick Leonard three-bet out of the big blind. Only Ziegler called and the flop came {K-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{7-Hearts}. Leonard bet and called the shove of Ziegler to see the German turn over {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for the nut flush draw. Leonard was ahead with {A-Spades}{K-Hearts} and faded the additional gutshot on the {Q-Spades} turn and {3-Spades} river run out.

Nowak Breaks Kabrhel (For Now)

Level 5 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Renato Nowak
Renato Nowak

In the first hand of the break, there was some discussion on where the button was supposed to be on the table of Patrick Leonard, partypoker ambassador. After the floor came over to establish what had happened in the last hand before the break, he declared that the button was on Leonard and he had to pay the 16,000 button ante. Renato Nowak limped in from the hijack, so did Koray Aldemir from the cutoff after having reentered during the break. Leonard folded and Martin Kabrhel raised to 101,000 from the small blind. Dominik Nitsche, in the big blind, quickly got out of the way. The action was back on Nowak who called. Aldemir folded.

The flop came {2-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{3-Spades}, Kabrel bet 150,000 and Nowak called without any hesitation.

They both checked through the {9-Clubs} on the turn to the {9-Diamonds} on the river. Kabrhel counted his 100,000-value chips (4) and then looked at his orange 25,000-value chips. He put his blue chips in and announced all-in. Nowak had a quick glance at his own stack and then asked the dealer for a count. The dealer confirmed that Kabrhel had 880,000 behind. Nowak counted out calling chips, confirmed the amount again and then called.

Kabrhel tabled {A-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} for the pair of nines on the board and an ace-kicker in his hand. Nowak threw open {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} for two pair, nines and sixes.

"Fuck you man!" Nowak said with a huge smile on his face.

Kabrhel got up and left the table without saying anything.

The rest of the table repeated the previous words said by Nowak several times with lots of laughter around the table. Kabrhel is expected to take a seat at another table later on.
