Will Failla
Will Failla

Will Failla shipped all in for 26.0 million from under the gun and Markus Prinz called from the cutoff. Failla tabled {a-Clubs}{10-Spades} but was disheartened to find out he was dominated by the {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} of Prinz.

The board ran out [7sh7h3d5sas] and Prinz's queen-kicker played, sending Failla to the rail in 17th place. The final 16 players will no redraw for seats on the final two tables.

Boissonniere's Stack is Still Climbing

Level 33 : 1,000,000/2,500,000, 2,500,000 ante

Charles La Boissonniere opened to 5.5 million from under the gun and Anthony Ruberto called from the big blind. The flop came down {j-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and Ruberto checked. Boissonniere bet 5 million and Ruberto made the call to the {j-Diamonds} on the turn.

Ruberto checked to Boissonniere who then bet 11 million and Ruberto called. The {8-Hearts} came on the river and Ruberto checked again to Boissonniere who then bet 20 million. Ruberto used a time extension before calling the bet and Boissonniere tabled {j-Clubs}{q-Hearts}. Ruberto mucked his cards and Boissonniere pulled in the chips

Prinz Eliminates Rivest

Level 33 : 1,000,000/2,500,000, 2,500,000 ante

Kevin Rivest was one of the shorter stacks left in the room and got all of his chips in the middle holding {a-}{10-}. Unfortunately for him, he ran into the {a-}{k-} of Markus Prinz.

The flop came {7-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades} which was no help to Rivest and when the {k-Diamonds} landed on the river, Rivest was left drawing dead. The rich got richer as Prinz stacked even more chips.

Marc-Andre Ladouceur
Marc-Andre Ladouceur

Marc-Andre Ladouceur shipped all in for 20.4 million from early position and Joseph Cheong made the call from the small blind. The hands were tabled and it was a race for Ladouceur's tournament life.
