Uspenskii Runs a Successful Bluff

Level 17 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Patrik Antonius raised with the {J-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} in the cutoff and Vladimir Troyanovskiy defended his big blind with the {K-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. On the {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop, Troyanovskiy checked and called a bet of 10,000 by Antonius.

Both checked the {Q-Diamonds} turn and the {7-Hearts} triggered a bet of 28,000 by Troyanovskiy, who claimed the pot without showdown.

Ivan Leow then raised to 13,000 with the {A-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and Antonius called with {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}, as did Konstantin Uspenskii in the big blind with {Q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}. The {J-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{6-Clubs} flop brought a check by Uspenskii, Leow bet 13,000 and Uspenskii called out of turn. Antonius called and the call of Uspenskii stood.

Level 17 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Ivan Leow raised to 13,500 with {5-Spades}{5-Clubs} and Patrik Antonius three-bet to 42,000 with the {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}. That eventually got through, as Leow folded his pair to the aggression of Antonius.
