There is still more than an hour left in entry for Day 1a of the WPT WOC Main Event with $5 million guaranteed. Canadian Sam Greenwood has recently supplanted Benjamin Chalot as the chip leader with action now in Level 9.

Greenwood has 989,160 chips to Chalot's 876,892. Team partypoker pro Joao Simao is also sitting in the top 20 with just under 600,000 chips.

Sikorski Now Leads WPT Grand as Bubble Approaches

There are 50 players left in action in WPT Grand with 47 getting paid. Canada's Sebastian Sikorski has jumped to the top of the chip counts with more than 18.25 million, while Peter Traply is second with about 2 million less. The min-cash today is $2,190 but they will all be looking up top at the $57,124 1st place prize.

The WPT Super $55 is now in the money as well, with just over 300 players in action, while the WPT Super $530 is still 11 away from players getting paid. The WPT Super $215 is down to 29 left in the $363 pay level, while 34 players remain in WPT Weekender Final Day.

Traply Jumps into Lead in the WPT Grand

Peter Traply now has nearly 14 million chips to lead the WPT Grand with 59 players left. There are 47 paid spots up for grabs, so still some time before more starts going out.

They are down to 40 remaining on the bubble to a pay jump in WPT Super $215. After the next elimination there, players will be guaranteed $306. Zidane Van Dam still leads with more than 4 million now.

The WPT Super $215 is down to 43 players remaining now, and exiting players are currently collecting $261 on the way out, in addition to whatever bounties they pocketed along the way. Zidane Van Dam is the current chip leader with almost 4.2 million with more than $1,200 in bounties as well.

There is still just under two hours to go until the entry desk is closed on Day 1a of the $5 million guaranteed WPT WOC Main Event, and already the collected prizes are up to $1.67 million with 334 entries.

A total of 274 players are still in action, and Benjamin Chalot has amassed almost 900,000 chips for the lead right now. Graham Ivany has dropped to second place with about 767,000.

WPT Grand is Less than 30 From Money

There are just 74 players left in WPT Grand, battling it out for 47 paid spots. There is $57,124 up top for the win, and the whole final table in this one is guaranteed $5,869. They are still a few players from paying any of that out, but the 47th place player today will get $2,190.

Pedro Marques currently has the most chips with a stack of more than 12 million, while Bruno Bernardino is in 2nd with more than 11 million.

Main Event Collects More than $1.5 Million Already

There is still more than 2 hours to get into Day 1a of the $5 million WPT WOC Main Event, but already 309 entries are on the board. That means the collected money is now well over $1.5 million with plenty of time to go in the first flight.

There are 274 players still in action at the break, and play for Day 1a will continue until 15% of the starting field remains. Graham Ivany from Canada is the current Day 1a leader with more than 830,000 chips, while Ireland's John Kennedy is well behind in 2nd with about 578,000.
