WPT500 Day 1h Registration Closed

The first 12 levels of the WPT500 Day 1h have been played which means that the late registration and reentry period has now closed with 691 entries.

There are currently 430 players left in the field and the day will end once there are 104 players left who will make it through to Day 2 on Monday, March 15 at 8:05 p.m. GMT.

$345,500 has been collected in this opening flight which will be added to the $724,500 that was taken in during the earlier flight which means that the $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool has been surpassed as the total now comes to $1,070,000.

With a final turbo Day 1 taking place at 5:05 p.m. GMT on Monday, March 15, only more money will be added to the total prize pool!

He got all his chips in from under the gun and Jerry Wong three-bet jammed for more form the cutoff for the rest of the table to fold.

Leonard flopped the straight draw when the flop came with the {j-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{a-Spades} but the rest of the board was completed with the {9-Spades} on the turn and the {9-Clubs} on the river to seal the deal.

WPT500 Day 1h Update

With 40 minutes of late registration still possible, the WPT500 Day 1h players have gone for a 5-minute break.

The tournament has already attracted 584 entries with 465 players still left in the field. With the buy-ins that have been collected up till now, the $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool has already been surpassed as $724,500 has been taken in during the earlier starting flights.

The 23 remaining players have all secured at least $5,199 but will all be eyeing that first-place prize of $81,261.

The WPT500 Day 1h flight has just kicked off with 135 players in the field already. Players can reenter once if needed during the first 12 levels of late registration. The level duration has been set at 12 minutes per level and will remain so until the end of the day.

Once 15% of the field is left, the remaining players will have made it through to Day 2 on Monday, March 15 at 8:05 p.m. GMT.
