The High Roller Big Game: $300K Gtd Update

With less than an hour of late registration still possible, there are currently 78 entries in The High Roller Big Game. This equals $196,000 in buy-ins to go towards the $300,000 guaranteed prize pool.

Currently leading the pack is partypoker Ambassador Patrick Leonard with 3,795,805. He is followed in the top five of the counts by Ole Schemion, David Peters, Ami Barer, and Aleks Dimitrov.

Last week's winner Ognyan Dimov is seated in 13th place right now while fellow partypoker Ambassador Kristen Bicknell is sitting in 16th place.

Irish Open Main Event Day 1a Starts at 6:05 PM GMT

At 6:05 p.m. GMT, Day 1a of the Irish Open Main Event will kick off to give players a shot at earning their seat for Day 2 on Monday, April 5.

The tournament features a whopping €1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool with two normal starting flights where the players will play 25-minute levels and a Hyper-Turbo Day 1c at 2:05 p.m. GMT on Monday, April 5 with 10-minute levels.

In all three starting flights, the late registration period will be open for the first nine levels of the day. And play will end once 15% of the field remains. Players get 200,000 in chips when they take their seats and can reenter once during each starting flight.

On Day 2, the duration of the levels will be increased to 30 minutes before breaking for Day 3. Day 3 will continue the next day at the same time again to play down to a final table with 40-minute levels as the structure of the day.

The final table itself will be played out on Wednesday, April 7 at 6:05 p.m. GMT.

The partypoker Twitch streams will be live on all channels from Day 3 onwards.

The High Roller Big Game: $300K Gtd just kicked off with 28 players in the field. Players can reenter once if they buy in for $2,600 during the first 10 levels of 15 minutes each.

As this is a Phased tournament, several players have managed to get in at a cheaper price like for example Claas Segebrecht, Aleks Dimitrov, David Coleman, Christopher Puetz, Ioannis Angelou-Konstas, and Michael Sklenicka.

Last week's winner, Ognyan Dimov bested Joakim Andersson heads-up for $82,965 with familiar players like Simon Mattsson, David Yan, Rok Gostisa, Jans Arends, and Aleksejs Ponakovs also taking a seat at the final table.
