Tonight a winner of the 2017 partypoker LIVE Million Germany Main Event will be crowned at the King's Casino Rozvadov. The flagship event of the festival with the elusive €1 million guaranteed drew a total of 820 entries, and after 25 levels of 45 minutes each, just 26 players remain to battle for the trophy and the €200,000 winner's payday. They are all guaranteed at least €5,750 for their efforts.
Czech Michal Mrakeš leads the way going into the final day as he amassed a wealthy stack of 8.255 million chips in the dying hours of Day 2, but German WSOP bracelet holder Eddy Scharf is not far behind as he ended on a high note of 7,955,000 chips. Rounding out the top-five is Edzevit Zukorlic (5,120,000), Sandro Pitzanti (5,000,000) and Raul Cuc (4,790,000). Still in contention for the trophy is also partypoker Sponsored Pro Natalia Breviglieri, who sits in 8th position with 3,735,000 - above the field average of 3.1 million.

The action will recommence in 30 minutes from now with level 26 at blinds of 60,000/120,000 with a running ante of 20,000. Levels are scheduled for 60 minutes each but will be shortened to 30 minutes each when the tournament reaches heads up. Two-time WSOP gold bracelet winner Eddy Scharf from Germany kicks off Day 3 in second place. His table will be the televised feature table to begin the day.

The tournament director just announced to the players that the next redraw will take place when there are 16 players remaining. Shortly afterward he asked the dealers to shuffle up and deal.
In the second hand of the day, Frederic Femont opened from early position, and Dorde Jovanovic moved all-in from the button for 1.25M. Femont quickly called with and was way out ahead of the of Jovanovic.
The board ran out , and Femont slammed his fist in the felt as his dreams of an early double had become a reality. Jovanovic was down to just 180,000 but managed to triple the very next hand and get a shove through, and he is now just below the million.

Sonay Kehya open shoved for 3.1M from first position and action folded around to Michal Mrakes in the big blind, who made the call.
Kehya held while Mrakes had picked up , and it was still virtually a coin flip after the flop.
"Jack! Jack!" Keya cheered the dealer on, and his wish was gifted to him as the hit on the turn and sealed the double up. Despite making a set on the river it was not enough for Mrakes, and he slid a few towers of chips to Kehya in the next seat over.

Dorde Jovanovic was the first casualty of the day. He got it all in with suited against partypoker online qualifier Grzegorz Gosk, who held .
Jovanovic stayed in his seat as the opened up a few outs for him to the straight. He was eliminated in 26th place for €5,750 after the and completed the board on the turn and river.

Just a minute later, the field was down to 24 players seated at three tables.
The action began with Sandro Pitzanti opening up from the small blind to 260,000. Peter jammed for 1,900,000 from the big blind and Pitzanti snap-called.

Pitzanti smiled as he flopped top pair on the flop while Peter tapped the table and began to get up needing runner-runner outs to save his tournament life. The on the turn sealed Peter's fate before the inconsequential appeared on the river to complete the board.
Peter collects €5,750 for his 25th place finish while Pitzanti's stack grew to near the chip lead.

Netherlands' Sandro Pitzanti opened up for 350,000 and got calls from Germany's Edzevit Zukorlic and France's Nicolas Le Floch.
Le Floch and Zukorlic checked on the flop before Pitzanti bet 350,000. Zukorlic folded while Le Floch called.
The Frenchman led out for 400,000 when the appeared on the turn before Pitzanti quickly declared himself all-in effectively covering Le Floch's remaining stack of 2.6 million. Le Floch called just as quickly and turned over , which was well ahead of Pitzanti's .
Pitzanti was unable to get one of the two remaining jacks he needed to win the hand to appear on the river and his stack took a dent while doubling his opponent.
