Andrea Tucci made it 6,600 to go from first position and action folded around to former WPT National finalist Pim van Wieringen in the cutoff who made it 19,500 total. Andrei Grimberg in four-bet to 40,000 out of the small blind and Tucci took quite some time before he reluctantly released his hand into the muck.
With action back on Wieringen, he slid his remaining 40,000 chips over the line, and Grimberg wasted no time calling off the rest.

Tucci let out an anguished cry when the hands were revealed, as he allegedly had folded pocket queens preflop. That benefited Grimberg and van Wieringen who five community cards later - ![]()

Germany's Philipp Gruissem just re-entered the Day 1f field on his second bullet. Don't let the fact he needed to make a second buy-in today fool you as he is one of Germany's most successful poker tournament players with almost $11 million in lifetime tournament cashes.
Here is an inside look at Gruissem's thought process as he analyzes a hand.

For some of the players on the tournament floor, focus just shifted from the ongoing partypoker LIVE Million Germany Main Event to the big screen at the end of the hall. By orders from tournament director (and Juventus fan) Christian Scalzi the final of the UEFA Champions League are now broadcasted for the players to watch, and that has been met welcome by quite a few soccer fans in attendance.
For Anatoly Filatov, watching the final between Real Madrid and Juventus will come at a cost, however. Much to his dismay, he is seated with his back to the screen, and he might very well get a crick in the neck from looking over his shoulder the next 90 minutes.
Germany's The Talk loves to talk. Just as Real Madrid was scoring its first goal, he noticed we were looking around to see if Jonathan "Jonty" Willis moved tables.
The Dusk Till Dawn regular and affectionately called pigeon by many according to some of his friends was nowhere to be found. The Talk shared that he took 60 percent of Willis' chips while his friend took the remaining 40 percent. While we were unable to learn the exact details, it sounds like that he lost his stack on a flip.
We will update Willis' fans if he decides to re-enter today or join in on the action during the Turbo Day 1g tomorrow.

Earlier today, partypoker Ambassador Anatoly Filatov won the partypoker Million Germany High Roller for €42,000 as part of a three-way deal that left €3,000 to play for.
The Russian poker pro believes that focus is paramount to be successful in tournaments. See what he had to say after his win.
Action folded to Martin Mulsow on the button, and he made it 5,500 to go. Felix Schlott in the small blind wasted no time throwing out a raise to 16,000, and Dragos Udeanu in the big blind contemplated his options before reraising to 31,000.
Mulsow wanted no part of it and folded, and Schlott announced all-in within seconds. Udeanu called.

The Day 1f field is now reached 370 players and still has time to climb. Late registration will remain open for the almost 40 minutes left in Level 10 and the 45-minute dinner break. After that, players will have to wait until tomorrow's turbo Day 1g for one (or two) last chances to get into the tournament for a shot at a piece of the €1 million guaranteed prize pool.
