"rounder1420"

On the last hand of Level 14 (2,000/4,000/500), action was heads up on the river between Ross "thehebrewhammer" Gottleib in the big blind and "rounder1420," who was in the hijack.

The board read {q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}, and Gottleib had bet around 30,000 into a pot of around 60,000. "rounder1420" raised all in for around 50,000 and Gottleib quickly called.

"rounder1420": {a-Clubs}{4-Clubs}
Ross "thehebrewhammer" Gottleib: {k-Spades}{q-Hearts}

"rounder1420" had turned Broadway and improved to the nut flush on the river. Unfortunately for them, that same river also gave Gottleib a full house and scored him the knockout and his share of the accompanying $277 bounty.

"TheKing411"
"TheKing411"

In Level 14 with blinds of 2,000/4,000 and an ante of 500, David “TheKing411” Coleman opened to 8,000 under the gun and action folded around to "A.Jackson1767," who was on the button and jammed for 97,700. Coleman called.

"A.Jackson1767": {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}
David “TheKing411” Coleman: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}

Coleman picked up a small sweat on a flop of {10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{6-Spades}, but the turn {q-Clubs} and river {10-Spades} left his aces out in front to eliminate "A.Jackson1767" from the tournament and bring the number of players in the field down to 14.

Fifteen Remain on Break (full)

The third break of the night has arrived early in Level 14 with blinds of 2,000/4,000 and an ante of 500, and just 15 players now remain with Ryan “simlSgg” Hagerty still out in front by a wide margin, having increased their stack to over 465,000.

Ross Gottlieb

In Level 13 with blinds of 1,800/3,600 and an ante of 450, "NoRverNoFish" jammed for 44,000 in middle position and Ross “Thehebrewhammer” Gottleib called all in for 35,400 in the cutoff.

Ross “Thehebrewhammer” Gottleib: {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}
"NoRverNoFish": {k-Spades}{j-Spades}

Gottleib saw a safe flop of {7-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{9-Hearts}, and it was followed up with a turn {a-Diamonds} that left his opponent drawing dead. The river {6-Clubs} completed the runout and the pot was shipped his way.

On the following hand, Gottleib doubled through "Jinxy" after their river shove was called on a ten-high board that also had a pair of fives. "Jinxy" called with a ten, but their two pair was bested by Gottleib's aces, scoring him his second double in as many hands.

In Level 12 with blinds of 1,600/3,200 and an ante of 400, "marysgotqueens" jammed for 38,500 under the gun and action folded around to "CoachD," who was on the button and came over the top for 50,700 to force the players in the blinds out of the hand.

"marysgotqueens": {8-Hearts}{5-Hearts}
"CoachD": {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}

"marysgotqueens" found their two undercards pick up a chunk of equity on the flop {j-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}. The turn {6-Hearts} completed their flush draw, leaving "CoachD" drawing dead as the river {2-Hearts} unnecessarily came to complete the runout and earn "marysgotqueens" the double with their flush.

Hand #2: On the following hand, Hagerty opened to 5,600 again and "Skysdad823" called all in for less. Eric “alwaysliquid” Vanauken was in the small blind, and jammed for 70,000 after recently entering and doubling. Hagerty thought for a couple of moments and called.

"Skysdad823": {q-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}
Eric “alwaysliquid” Vanauken: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}
Ryan “simlSgg” Hagerty: {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}

Vanauken looked to be in great shape to earn a double and a knockout, but the runout came {j-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Spades}{k-Hearts}{5-Hearts} to give Hagerty a pair of kings, good for two bounties and the total pot of almost 150,000. He now finds himself with 354,000, still well atop the leader board.

"Jermz" Gets a Knockout; Guaranteed Prize Pool Exceeded

"Jermz"
"Jermz"

In Level 10 with blinds of 1,200/2,400 and an ante of 300, "gohednpopoff" jammed for 24,400 in the cutoff and was called by "Jermz," who was on the button.

"gohednpopoff": {8-Clubs}{5-Clubs}
"Jermz": {7-Spades}{7-Clubs}

"gohednpopoff" found themselves called by a pair and with three immediate outs. None came on the flop {9-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}, but they did pick up eight more outs to a flush. The turn {6-Hearts} added two more straight outs to the tally, but the river {2-Hearts} bricked out to result in the pot being sent to "Jermz," who also earned the knockout as a result.

"gohednpopoff" immediately re-entered, and Angel "chromeking" Lopez also joined the tournament at the same time to bring the total number of players in the field up to 61, surpassing the $12,000 guaranteed prize pool with two-plus levels of play left in the registration period.
