A Furious Pace To the Finish

The late registration period of more than three-and-a-half hours saw players continue to take shots at building a stack until the very last minute. Once re-entries were no longer allowed, the blinds quickly caught up and it took less than one full level before the final table was reached.

The once chip leader, "buckets44", was the first to drop after they lost a flip to eventual runner-up "MoZZyNJ" and "ndirish50" fell within the same level.

A fast break in bust-outs happened as "YipYeaYs", "numbnuts", "Stonniepokes", and "Ivon_alert" all fell in Level 24.

The final level of the night saw "i3Bet4DaCULTURE" lose with big slick to Buzgon's suited queen-six as they took their exit in third place.

The start of the heads-up match saw "MoZZyNJ" hold a significant chip advantage but Buzgon got a lucky double-up to turn the tide.

Buzgon proceeded to win hands until the chip advantage was in his corner and the two players made a deal with "MoZZyNJ" taking home $1,875 for second place while Buzgon took home $1,974 for first place.
