"Slapshot1085"

In Level 2 with blinds of 200/400 and an ante of 60, there was 4,500 in the middle on the turn with a board of {9-Spades}{k-Spades}{7-Clubs}{2-Spades} displayed. Action was heads up, with "Slapshot1085" checking in the big blind and facing a bet of 2,800 from "MistaMenza," who was in the cutoff.

"Slapshot1085" check-raised to 9,300 and "MistaMenza" put in a three-bet to 26,600. "Slapshot1085" shoved for just over 27,000 and "MistaMenza" called off the last bit to result in hands being tabled.

"Slapshot1085": {k-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}
"MistaMenza": {5-Spades}{4-Spades}

"MistaMenza" had turned a flush and needed to fade the four outer in order to knock out "Slapshot1085" after they turned top and bottom pair. The river came {9-Clubs} and "MistaMenza" saw the pot shipped their way for the flush to eliminate "Slapshot1085" from the tournament.

"Gman6260" Gets Good Runout, WIns a Big One

"Gman6260"
"Gman6260"

In Level 10 with blinds of 1,200/2,400 and an ante of 300, preflop action saw 29,000 go into the middle and "Gman6260" had checked in the big blind. They were facing a bet of 21,000 from "sri100k," who was under the gun, and check-raised all in for effectively around 90,000. "sri100k" quickly called.

"sri100k": {4-Hearts}{4-Spades}
"Gman6260": {10-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}

"sri100k" had the double locked up as long as they could fade running cards. The turn {5-Spades} gave them a sweat as "Gman6260" picked up eight direct outs at a straight on the river. It fell {a-Spades}, completing a wheel and earning "Gman6260" the entire pot to bring their stack ofer a quarter million.

"UFOLDIWIN" Gets Called, Loses

"alwaysliquid"
"alwaysliquid"

In Level 14 with blinds of 2,000/4,000 and an ante of 500, "UFOLDIWIN" jammed for 70,000 in middle position and action folded around to the small blind, where "alwaysliquid" called for less.

"alwaysliquid": {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
"UFOLDIWIN": {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}

It was a classic coin flip situation with both players hitting the flop {7-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{j-Clubs} to give "UFOLDIWIN" top pair top kicker, only to find themselves up against the flopped set of "alwaysliquid." The turn {3-Clubs} left "UFOLDIWIN" drawing dead, and the river {10-Hearts} earned "alwaysliquid" the double in style as they improved to quads and saw the pot of 94,800 sent their way as a result.

"jjtes"
"jjtes"

In Level 21 with blinds of 7,000/14,000 and an ante of 1,750, "jjtes" raised to 42,000 in the cutoff and was three-bet to 98,000 by "MistaMenza" on the button. "jjtes" called and the flop came {10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{8-Spades}. "jjtes" open-jammed for 127,000 and "MistaMenza" wasted no time calling.

"jjtes": {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}
"MistaMenza": {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}

"MistaMenza" saw their aces hold, fading the 10 outer on both the turn {2-Hearts} and river {5-Hearts} to knock "jjtes" out of the tournament in 10th place.

Moments later, "bigcakes1" got all in preflop against "JoeRossi" early in the final table.

"bigcakes1": {4-}{4-}
"JoeRossi": {k-}{k-}

A four came on the runout to give "bigcakes1" a set of fours and leave "JoeRossi" with just 4,000 left in their stack, which they would lose shortly thereafter to take ninth place for $516.

Alex "JinYang" Butcher Eliminated in 8th Place ($602)

"JinYang"
"JinYang"

In Level 22 with blinds of 8,000/16,000 and an ante of 2,000, Alex "JinYang" Butcher got his 273,000 into the middle on the button preflop against "rounder1420," who was in early position and had Butcher at risk for his tournament life.

Alex "JinYang" Butcher: {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}
"rounder1420": {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

Butcher was in prime shape for a huge double and the flop {5-Hearts}{k-Spades}{7-Clubs} looked good for him. However, the turn {j-Spades} spelled disaster, leaving him as the one in need of hitting the two outer. With one shot to go, he bricked out on the river {9-Hearts} and became the eighth-place finisher as a result.

On the last hand before break in Level 22 with blinds of 8,000/16,000 and an ante of 2,000, action folded around to "chromeking" in the hijack and they opened to 32,000. "gisappak" called in the cutoff and all remaining players folded, taking action heads up to a flop of {2-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}. "chromeking" checked and "gisappak" made a bet of 51,000. "chromeking" called.

The turn came {10-Hearts} and "chromeking" checked again. "gisappak" went all in for the effective 225,000 that remained in "chromeking's" stack, which they immediately called.

"chromeking": {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades}
"gisappak": {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}

"chromeking" had check-called off their remaining chips with top pair, top kicker only to run into an overpair. They missed the five outs they had on the river {9-Hearts} and found the rail in seventh place as a result. Updated chip counts for all remaining six players on break have been provided below.

"bigcakes1"
"bigcakes1"

Early in Level 24 (12,000/24,000/3,000), "MistaMenza" found a double through "bigcakes1" to leave them with under 200,000.

A couple of hands later, action folded around to "gisappak" in the small blind and they jammed to put "bigcakes1" all in in the big blind for 154,000. "bigcakes1" called.

"bigcakes1": {10-Hearts}{9-Spades}
"gisappak": {k-Spades}{5-Spades}

"bigcakes1" was unable to hit anything on the runout {4-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{6-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{a-Hearts} and they were eliminated in sixth place as a result of their back-to-back unfavorable runouts.
