The Parx Big Stax poker festival has consistently been one of Pennsylvania's biggest poker events throughout its existence.

As the 33rd running of this event gets underway, it's a safe bet to expect another big turnout over the next few weeks for all of the events in this month-long festival.

If last year is any indication, the Big Stax 300 should draw some of the largest attendance of the festival. The February 2019 edition of the Big Stax 300, played during Big Staxx XXVII, drew 2,874 total entries, with a prize pool of $819,090.

Victor Ramdin took down first place, taking home $87,327 for a great return on the $300+40 buy-in tournament.
