Lykov Doubles Through Molson, Takes Chip Lead

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 3,000 ante

Max Lykov opened to 50,000 from under the gun before Will Molson three-bet to 110,000 on the button. Lykov moved all in for 600,000 when it folded back to him and Molson made the call.

Lykov: {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}
Molson: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}

It was a massive flip for just under 1.4 million chips and the dealer flopped {6-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{j-Hearts}, which gave Molson some backdoor outs. The {2-Spades} on the turn squandered any backdoor possibilities however and the {9-Spades} on the river gave Lykov a full house just for fun.

Lykov raked in the monster pot and now sits with 1.384 million chips. Molson is now one of the short stacks with just 295,000.
