Dmitriy Stelmak - 9th Place
Dmitriy Stelmak - 9th Place

Dmitriy Stelmak opened to 225,000 from middle position and was called by Chris Oliver in the big blind.

The dealer flopped {6-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{a-Clubs} and Oliver checked to Stelmak who bet 230,000. Oliver check-raised to 540,000, Stelmak re-raised to 1.27 million and Oliver min-raised to 2 million. Finally Stelmak moved all in for 3.98 million total and Oliver called.

Oliver: {7-Spades}{6-Spades}
Stelmak: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}

The rail shouted from a distance for a myriad of cards as the dealer rapped the table and delivered the {7-Hearts} on the turn. The full house improved Oliver's hand, but Stelmak could still win if an ace came on the river.

The {k-Hearts} on the river did not do the trick and Stelmak was eliminated in 9th place just shy of our official final table.

Appropriately Oliver delivered the last knockout of the day and is now up to 19 million chips.
