More For Jaka

Level 32 : 80,000/160,000, 20,000 ante

Faraz Jaka opened to 360,000 in the hijack with {9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}. Xuan liu looked down at {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} on the button with about a 20-big-blind stack. She opted to fold, as did the blinds, giving the pot to Jaka.

Drover Shoves Again

Level 31 : 60,000/120,000, 10,000 ante

Kyle Julius opened the pot with a raise from the button, and Mark Drover shoved in for 1.35 million with {A-Clubs} {K-Diamonds}. Julius had {A-Spades} {2-Diamonds}, but he didn't even consider a call, quickly mucking and letting Drover grab a few more fighting chips.

He's been active with his short stack, but Drover has yet to get out of line or shove light.

Dibella Shoves Visser Out

Ruben Visser opened to 250,000 with {J-Clubs}{10-Clubs} from middle position. John Dibella called from the cutoff with {A-Spades}{K-Clubs} and the two saw a {K-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop.

Visser bet 275,000, but did not chase out Dibella with top-top. The {5-Hearts} hit the turn, putting three hearts on the board. Visser fired again, this time 660,000. Dibella, though, came back over the top all in and forced a quick fold from Visser.

Two in a Row For Drover

One hand after his last shove with kings, Mark Drover squeezed out {9-Clubs} {9-Spades} and shoved in again. It was 1.23 million this time, and the table folded around to the blinds. In the big, Kyle Julius looked down at {K-Clubs} {J-Diamonds}, and he asked for the count. Once he got the number, though, he decided a fold was the right play.

Drover Gets No Action

Level 31 : 60,000/120,000, 10,000 ante

Mark Drover managed to find {K-Spades} {K-Hearts} in the pocket, and he shoved all in for 980,000. No takers, though, and Drover will have to be content with the blinds and antes.

Julius Doesn't Believe Liu

Xuan Liu check-raises the river
Xuan Liu check-raises the river

Xuan Liu raised to 240,000 from early position with {4-Clubs}{4-Spades} and Kyle Julius smooth-called with {q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts} from one seat over.

The flop fell {K-Spades}{9-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and Liu put out a continuation bet of 325,000. Julius called, the {3-Clubs} hit the turn, and both checked this time. The {8-Diamonds} river fell and Liu checked. Julius bet 420,000, sending Liu into the tank. After about 90 seconds, Liu put in a raise to 1,550,000.

Julius was a non-believer and called quickly, winning the pot with his queens.

Drover Finds a Double Back

First into the pot, Xuan Liu raised to 240,000 with {K-Diamonds} {5-Diamonds}, and Mark Drover found an ace. It was {A-Diamonds} {8-Clubs}, and that was plenty good enough for him to reraise all in for 380,000 total. Liu made the quick call, and she was drawing live for the knockout.

The board ran out favorably for him, though, coming {6-Hearts} {4-Clubs} {Q-Hearts} {A-Spades} {J-Clubs}. Just like that, he's back over a million chips, though he's still got plenty of work to do.
