Godoy, who hails from Corrientes, Argentina, won his seat in the PCA Tenth Anniversary promotion for just $10 on PokerStars. He was fast asleep when a friend rang him up and said he was coming over to play the PokerStars satellite, and whil both friends competed , it was Godoy who won the $16,000 package.

Eddy Sabat opened to 6,300 from under the gun only to have Greg Mueller three-bet to 11,200 from the cutoff. It folded back to Sabat and he called.
Both checked the flop which prompted the dealer to drop down the on fourth street. Sabat checked and Mueller fired 13,000. Sabat called and the board completed with the . Sabat checked once again and Mueller shot out 39,000.
"I really think you've got me," said Sabat. "But..."
Sabat dropped in calling chips. Mueller triumphantly tabled for a set of nines and was able to take down the pot, bringing his stack to about 325,000.
