Joseph Cheong and Micah Raskin each out in 4,000 preflop and saw a flop of . Raskin then check-called a bet of 3,500 from middle position, and then both players checked the turn. When the peeled off on the river, Raskin seized the opportunity to bet 11,000 and Cheong snap-folded.
When we arrived at the table, Brandon Meyers and Joe Elpayaa were heads up on a board of . The two checked.
The turn was the , Elpayaa fired 4,200, and Meyers called.
The completed the board, and Elpayaa led out again - this time for 7,800. Meyers quickly called. Elpayya flipped over for a full house, and Meyers mucked.
After the hand, Bryn Kenney said that he folded preflop, and a third player said they folded !
Action folded around to Joseph Cheong in the cutoff and he promptly raised to 700. JC Alvarado called from the button, both blinds folded, and it was heads up to the flop. Cheong, who doesn't waste time, quickly bet 1,100, Alvarado called, and the turned.
This time Cheong checked, but he called when Alvarado bet 2,500. The river saw Cheong check for a second time, and then he promptly folded when Alvarado fired out a big bet of 14,500.
Despite losing that hand, Cheong is still up considerably from the last time we checked in with him.

Neither Anthony Gregg nor Chris Oliver are strangers to the PCA. The former has final tabled the PCA Main Event twice (6th in 2012 for $364,000 and 2nd in 2009 for $1.7 million) while the latter made a name for himself after finishing runner-up to Galen Hall in the 2011 PCA Main Event for $2.3 million.
The two are currently seated at the same table and recently played a small pot together. It began when Gregg opened for 700 from the hijack and Oliver called from the button. Team PokerStars Pro Daniel Negreanu then called from the big blind and it was three-way action to the flop.
Negreanu checked, Gregg continued for 1,300, and only Oliver called. The dealer proceeded to burn and turn the , and Gregg kept the pressure on by betting again, this time 3,500. It proved enough to do the trick as Oliver opted not to see the river.
We just saw a huge pot take place in the back of the room between Tobias Reinkemeier and Brandon Steven that resulted in one of the men being eliminated and the other build his stack up to 150,000.
It began when Reinkemeier opened for 725 from the hijack and was met by a three-bet to 2,125 from Steven in the cutoff. The button and blinds got out of the way, Reinkemeier four-bet to 6,225, and Steven just called. The German then led out for 7,250 on the flop, Steven called, and the turned.
Reinkemeier wasted little time in betting 17,000, and then Steven sprung to life with a raise to 55,000. Reinkemeier only had 29,000 behind and thought for a solid minute before calling off with the . Unfortunately for him, Steven tabled the for a flopped set. The river failed to help Reinkemeier, and he made a quick exit from the tournament area. Whether or not he'll reenter remains to be seen.
"Pretty easy game, no?" Steven said to no one in particular while stacking the pot.
