A Little Action at Table 3

Over at Table 3, Micah Raskin raised to 20,000 from the small blind and Ole Schemion defended from the big. The latter then called a bet of 25,000 on the {K-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop before both players checked the {K-Diamonds} turn. When the {5-Hearts} completed the board on the river, Raskin led out for 55,000 only to fold when Schemion raised to 112,000.

It wasn't much of a hand, but it gave us a good excuse to update you on the current stacks at Table 3.

Mickey Petersen raised to 16,000 from under the gun, and Chris Klodnicki called from the cutoff seat. The flop came down {K-Spades}{6-Hearts}{3-Clubs}, and Petersen bet 16,000. Klodnicki called.

The {2-Diamonds} landed on the turn, and Petersen fired 27,000. Klodnicki called. The river was the {J-Clubs}, and both players checked.

Petersen showed the {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}, and Klodnicki mucked his hand.

Kenney Catches a King

Bryn Kenney opened for 17,000 under the gun and action folded around to Nick Schulman in the big blind. He promptly three-bet to 45,000 and the called when Kenney moved all in for 177,000 total.

Kenney: {A-Clubs}{K-Clubs}
Schulman: {J-Clubs}{J-Hearts}

We've seen flips dozens of times today, and here was another. The {3-Spades}{Q-Spades}{10-Clubs} flop didn't hit Kenney, but it did give him a gut-shot straight draw. Unfortunately for him Schulman had two of his outs. With that said, Kenney still had overs and he paired one of the when the dealer burned and turned the {K-Diamonds}. The {3-Hearts} river was of no help to Schulman, and the pot was pushed to Kenney.
