Trickett Busts Troyanovskiy

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante
Vladimir Troyanovskiy - Eliminated
Vladimir Troyanovskiy - Eliminated

Sam Trickett opened to 12,000 from early position and it folded around to Vladimir Troyanovskiy in the small blind who three-bet all in for 65,000. Action came back to Trickett and he called.

Trickett: {Q-Clubs}{J-Hearts}
Troyanovskiy: {K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}

Trickett was behind before the flop but that all changed in an instant after he flopped two pair with {9-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{9-Spades}. Troyanovskiy stood from the table and shook his head as the board finished with the {6-Diamonds} and the {6-Hearts}. He collected his belongings and left the tournament area while Trickett increased his stack to about 265,000.

Suck, Re-suck and Leah is Out

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante
Mike Leah
Mike Leah

From the hijack seat, Sergio Aido raised to 12,000. Mike Leah moved all in from the next spot in the cutoff position for around 135,000, and then play folded to Dan Heimiller in the big blind. He reraised all in, and Aido folded.

Heimiller had the {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} and was dominating Leah's {A-Clubs}{10-Spades}.

The flop gave Leah the lead with the {10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} peeling off, and the turn kept him in front with the {8-Spades}. The river was the {K-Clubs}, though, and that won Heimiller the pot and sent Leah to the rail.

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Jonathan Little open-shipped all in for his last 55,500 and found a call from Paul Newey on the button.

Little: {A-Hearts}{10-Clubs}
Newey: {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

Little jumped out into the lead on the {A-Clubs}{A-Spades}{5-Spades} flop and held onto that lead through the turn ({9-Spades}) and the river ({3-Clubs}). Little now has about 120,000 while Newey has fallen to 110,000.

Zhou Doubles Through Gregg

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

It was folded to Tony Gregg in the small blind who moved all in to apply pressure to Jimmy Zhou in the small blind who was down to a little more than 40,000. Zhou looked at his cards and made the call with {A-Spades}{3-Diamonds}. Gregg turned over {Q-Clubs}{5-Hearts}.

The flop paired both players with Zhou hitting the bigger pair on the {A-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} flop. The turn was the {10-Clubs} and the river was the {K-Clubs} and Zhou doubled to 94,000 while Gregg moved into short stack territory with 47,500 in chips.

Greer Doubles Through Metaal

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante
Garrett Greer
Garrett Greer

Garrett Greer raised to 10,000 from early position and Govert Metaal flatted from the next seat over. Action folded around to Team PokerStars Pro Daniel Negreanu in the small blind and he cut out a three-bet to 37,000. Greer thought for about a minute before four-betting all in for 140,000. Metaal moved all in over the top of that and Negreanu folded what he said was ace-queen.

Greer: {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}
Metaal: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}

The board fell down {4-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{A-Spades}{3-Hearts}{4-Hearts}, pairing Greer's ace and giving him the double. Greer now has about 360,000 in chips while Metaal has dropped to 160,000.

Savard Doubles Through Heimiller

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

We didn't catch the amount of the bets but Dan Heimiller opened from the button, Jean-Pascal Savard three-bet from the small blind, and Heimiller moved all in having Savard well covered. Savard snap-called and with good reason as he had {K-Spades}{K-Hearts}. Heimiller held {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} and Savard would double up to 510,000 when the board ran out {J-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{Q-Spades}. Heimiller ended the hand with 270,000.

Gregg Falls to Zhou

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante
Jimmy Zhou
Jimmy Zhou

Tony Gregg moved all in from early position for what looked to be around 70,000. Jimmy Zhou moved all in over the top from the next seat and the rest of the table folded.

Gregg tabled {K-Spades}{k-Diamonds} and was up against the {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} of Zhou. Gregg's lead quickly disappeared after the dealer fanned a flop of {A-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}. Gregg failed to catch up with the {J-Diamonds} on the turn or the {3-Diamonds} on the river and he was eliminated from play. Zhou pulled the pot and brought his stack to about 165,000.
