Jason Mercier raised to 4,800 from middle position and found a single call from Dan Shak in the big blind. The duo watched as a flop graced the felt. Shak checked, Mercier continued out for 5,700, and Shak called to see a turn.
The turn was the and Shak once again check-called, this time to the tune of 13,500. The rivered and Shak checked for a third time. Mercier knocked the table back, prompting Shak to instantly muck his cards. Mercier was pushed the pot without having to show and he boosted his stack to about 360,000.
