Boat Over Boat

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

We picked up the action with roughly 10,500 in the pot and a board reading {8-Clubs}{5-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}. Chris "Big Huni" Hunichen bet 7,500 from the hijack and Mohsin Charania raised to 24,000 from the button.

Hunichen debated what to do, but claimed he didn't think there was a way for him to fold. Eventually he made the call, and Charania tabled the {4-Hearts}{6-Hearts} for fours full of sixes. Hunichen then rolled over the {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} for fives full or fours.

"Maybe I should've shoved," Hunichen said.

"I'm not calling," was all Charania had to say.

Kamel on the Comeback

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

Tamer Kamel raised to 750 from the cutoff and Kyle Julius defended the big blind to see a {10-Spades}{9-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop, which both players checked. The {2-Hearts} turn saw Kamel call a bet of 900 from Julius, and then he called one of 1,725 on the {Q-Diamonds} river.

Julius tabled the {q-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for a missed flush that turned into a pair of queens, but his kicker proved no good as Kamel held the {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}.

Dvoress Check-Shoves the River Against Massey

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

A player raised to 800 under the gun and Daniel Dvoress three-bet to 2,400 after which Aaron Massey made it 4,925 from his direct left. The initial raiser folded and Dvoress called, putting {J-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{3-Spades} out on the flop.

Dvoress check-called 2,850 on the flop and the turn was the{Q-Hearts}.

Dvoress checked again on the turn and this time Massey checked behind.

The river was the {9-Diamonds} and Dvoress checked a third time. Massey bet 7,000 and now Dvoress moved all in for 34,500.

Massey went into the tank for what looked like about six minutes before the clock was called on him. In the final seconds of Massey's last minute, he did make the call and showed {J-Diamonds}{J-Spades} for a set. Dvoress showed {K-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for a straight and he picked up the pot.

Rasulov Takes It on the River

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

Agshin Rasulov opened with a raise under the gun only to have Joe Kuether, who finished runner-up in this very event last year, three-bet to 2,400 from early position. Action folded back to Rasulov, he called, and the flop came down {10-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{6-Clubs}.

Rasulov check-called a bet of 3,200 and then both players checked the {10-Clubs} turn. When the {7-Clubs} completed the board on the river, Rasulov led out for 6,200 and Kuether quickly folded.

"Pipedream17" Stays Alive

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

A short-stacked Mike "Pipedream17" Dietrich got his last 8,650 all in preflop and found himself at risk against Chance Kornuth.

Dietrich: {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
Kornuth: {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}

Dietrich was looking to dodge an eight or some other such nonsense, and that's just what he did after the board ran out a clean {7-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{j-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}.
