Jattin Out in 24th

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Farid Jattin
Farid Jattin

Farid Jattin was all in from under the gun with the {J-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} for about 240,000. Vladimir Troyanovskiy had reshoved for a little bit more from the small blind with the {K-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}, and everyone else had folded.

The {Q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{9-Spades} flop put Troyanovskiy in the lead, but Jattin still had outs with a straight draw. The turn was the {2-Diamonds} and the river the {7-Hearts}. Both of those missed Jattin, and he was eliminated in 24th place.

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

The field will now redraw to three tables. This was planned to happen with 24 players left, but Thomas Petre and Farid Jattin went out in quick succession on different tables when there were 25 players left, so only 23 remain.

Eldridge Doubles with Fours

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

David Eldridge has already topped his 46th-place finish from last year's PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Main Event, and he is looking to go even deeper. He was just all in for 378,000 with the {4-Hearts}{4-Clubs} against the {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts} for Randy Kritzer.

Thanks to a run out of {A-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{3-Spades}{6-Spades}{2-Spades}, Eldridge earned the double up.

Big Limp-Shove from Ulmer

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Play folded to Timothy Ulmer in the small blind, and he limped in for 20,000. Mike Watson raised to 60,000 from the big blind, and then Ulmer took some time before he reraised all in. Watson had about 780,000 behind and shook his head at the shove from Ulmer. Watson folded in the end, and Ulmer won the pot.

Rumen Nanev Eliminated in 23rd Place ($27,860)

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

From the hijack seat, Phillip McAllister raised to 44,000. David Eldridge reraised to 98,000 out of the small blind, and then Rumen Nanev reraised all in for about 335,000 from the big blind. After McAllister folded, Eldridge made the call with the {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades}. Nanev had the {A-Hearts}{Q-Spades}.

The {10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop and {5-Diamonds} turn kept Nanev in front, but the {J-Clubs} on the river gave Eldridge the winning hand. With that, Nanev was eliminated in 23rd place.

Ivan Barbuto Eliminated in 22nd Place ($27,860)

Level 23 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Fabian Chauriye raised to 44,000 with 715,000 behind from early position, and Ivan Barbuto reraised to 106,000 from the hijack seat. David Eldridge moved all in from the button, having both players covered, and Chauriye tank-folded. Barbuto made the call for his tournament life for over 800,000 total, and a massive pot had been born.

Eldridge had the {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}, and Barbuto had the {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}. The flop, turn, and river ran out {8-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{J-Clubs}, and Barbuto was eliminated.
