Watson Drops More While Greenstein Continues to Climb

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

From the hijack seat, Barry Greenstein opened with a raise to 400. Action folded to the button where Mike Watson raised, making it 1,200 to go. Greenstein called so the two took a flop.

On the {8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop both players checked to see the {3-Clubs} on the turn. There, Greenstein led out with a bet of 2,000. Watson thought briefly then released his hand. Watson dropped to right around 22,000 chips while Greenstein continues to build, having nearly doubled his starting stack already.

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

From under the gun, Ryan Riess opened with a raise to 400. Action folded around where the big blind called.

The flop came down {K-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{5-Diamonds} and the big blind checked over to Riess who put out a bet of 500. The big blind called.

On the {Q-Spades} turn the big blind checked again. Riess bet once more, making it 1,200 to continue. The big blind called again.

Altman Doubles Through Shahade

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

Brian Altman and Jennifer Shahade were heads-up on a board of {Q-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{Q-Spades} and there were already about 15,000 chips in the middle. Altman shoved from the small blind for his last 5,350, and Shahade, who was in the big blind, went into the tank. After over a minute, she eventually called. Altman tabled {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs} for an overpair, and Shahade couldn't beat it, so Altman took the pot to double up.
