Dzivielevski Doubles Through Dimov

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Ognyan Dimov raised to 30,000 on the button before Yuri Dzivielevski moved all in for 184,000 in the big blind. Dimov quicklu called.

Yuri Dzivielevski: {a-Spades}{q-Spades}
Ognyan Dimov: {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}

It was a classic flip for Dzivielevski's tournament life but it went all the Brazilians way as the board ran out {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{k-Clubs} to give Dzivielevski a full house and a double up.

Action of the Day

The day started with a flurry of players max late registering as the field of 70 returning players quickly reached over 100 as the day started. However many were unable to spin it up as players such as Shaun Deeb,Stephen Chidwick and David Peters were all eliminated early in the day,

Day 1 chip leader Ognyan Dimov got off to a great start as he continued to add to his chip lead throughout the early levels of the day, Dimov managed to eliminate Nenad Dukic when Dimov had a full house against Dukic's straight.

Kayhan Mokri also managed to develop a big stack throughout the day which included getting value with trips against Anthony Hu to chip up during the middle of the day.

The late stages of the day were defined by a long and taxing bubble however some big hands still occurred. Carlos Chadha managed to secure a massive double through Ben Heath when his queens won a flip against Chadha's ace king. Andrew Chen also managed to double up nearing the bubble as Chen's pocket aces ran into Anthony Hu's ace-king.

Christoph Vogelsang and Bryn Kenney were both short on the bubble but both were able to survive to squeeze into the payout slots. The bubble eventually burst when Guillaume Nolet was forced all in from the big blind . Nolet couldn't defeat Mario Navarro who sent him to the rail asthe bubble boy.

There was a flurry of bustouts after the bubble burst which included the elimination of Bryn Kenney, Christoph Vogelsang, Pedro Neves and Michael Addamo. It was on this prolonged bubble that allowed Lin managed to build up his chips stack to end the day a chip leader.

Cards will be in the air from 12:30 p.m. local time tomorrow where blinds will start at 1,000/1,500 with an 1,500 big blind ante. Action will continue until a champion is crowned. Stay tuned to PokerNews for all the updates.
