More for Mateos; Brewer Defeats Thorel

Adrian Mateos called a bet of 55,000 by Justin Bonomo on the 
turn when the latter was in the big blind. The 
river was checked and Bonomo showed the 
for the bottom pair, which Mateos had beat holding the

The floorman was called as Thorel claimed he would not have called 50,000 but only 25,000. However, since the dealer had clarified the amount and also explained it in French, the bet stood.
Thorel was left with some 20 blinds and those also found their way into Brewer's stack shortly after.
