Deeb Forces a Fold from Toledano

Level 20 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Shaun Deeb raised to 16,000 in the hijack and was called by Valeriano Toledano on the button and Stefan Nemetz in the big blind. The flop came {8-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and the action checked around to the {9-Spades} on the turn.

Deeb fired out a bet of 30,000 on the turn and only Toledano stuck around to see the {q-Hearts} on the river. Deeb sized up a bet of 80,000 on the river and Toledano wasted little time before relinquishing his cards.

Rheem Rides the Rollercoaster

Level 20 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Chino Rheem
Chino Rheem

Chino Rheem was all-in on three straight hands, winning two while losing the only one he could afford to.

First, Rheem's {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} was ahead of Jerome Brion's {k-Spades}{9-Hearts} and held after the {j-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{4-Spades} runout for the double up.

The two battled again on the very next hand, but this time Brion's {a-Hearts}{5-Clubs} bested Rheem with the {8-Diamonds}{7-Spades}.

Rheem was all-in and at risk again as the next cards were dealt, this time against Omri Moga.

Chino Rheem: {q-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Omri Moga: {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}

Rheem survived again on the {10-Spades}{9-Spades}{7-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{2-Spades} runout, making the nuts to double his stack back up.

Jacobson Hits a Pair to Double-Up

Level 21 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

The action folded to Martin Jacobson in the small blind who ripped all in for 107,000. Matthew Lambrecht was in the big blind and asked for a count before making the call.

Martin Jacobson: {q-Diamonds}{5-Spades}
Matthew Lambrecht: {k-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}

The flop of {9-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} hit the felt and Jacobson picked up a pair of fives to take the lead. The {8-Clubs} on the turn and the {3-Diamonds} on the river were no help to Lambrecht who sent over a double-up.

Toledano Loses Bounty Chase

Level 21 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Ambrose Ng moved all in only to see Valeriano Toledano isolate on the button by shoving his stack too. The blinds folded, leaving Ng at risk.

Ambrose Ng: {a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}
Valeriano Toledano: {a-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

Ng was safely ahead after the {k-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds} flop, with the {3-Clubs} turn and {4-Clubs} river producing a double up. "Worth a shot," Ng said as he collected his chips, while Toledano shrugged and counted his remaining short stack.

Kalev Scores a Double Knockout

Level 21 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

There was a three-way all-in at Table 8 with Aaron Duczak at risk for 136,000 in the cutoff. Jason Sagle had his stack of around 230,000 in the middle from the big blind and Petar Kalev had both players covered from the hijack.

Aaron Duczak: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}
Jason Sagle: {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Petar Kalev: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}

The flop came {5-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and Duczak was still in the lead with his pair of jacks. The {2-Diamonds} on the turn changed nothing but the {a-Spades} landed on the river. Kalev had the best of the two aces in his hand and scored the double knockout to collect two bounty tickets.

Beresford Builds a Big Stack

Level 21 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Franck Makaci and Conor Beresford were battling heads up, with Makaci in middle position and Beresford in the small blind.

The pot had already swelled before Beresford announced all-in on the {a-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{a-Hearts} runout, leaving the action on Makaci.

Makaci made the call and flipped over {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades} for three aces, while Beresford revealed {a-Spades}{4-Diamonds} for a full house to win a massive pot.

Wilson Stays Alive with Ace-High

Level 21 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Andy Wilson raised to 20,000 in middle position and Rui Bouquet defended from the big blind. The flop fell {10-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and Bouquet checked to Wilson who bet 10,000. Bouquet check-raised to 45,000 and Wilson called.

The turn brought the {q-Spades} and Bouquet slid out a bet of around 60,000. Wilson instantly pushed his stack of 94,000 into the middle and Bouquet quickly called. Wilson tabled {a-Spades}{k-Spades} for a flush draw and was surprisingly ahead of Bouquet's {9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for the other flush draw.

The {5-Clubs} on the river completely bricked both players and Wilson's ace-high was the best hand.
