Daniel Dvoress raised to 3,500 and found three calls to his left from Imad Derwiche, Fedor Holz and Michael Addamo.

All four players checked the flop and turn, before Addamo led out from the big blind for 5,500 on the river.

Dvoress and Derwiche folded before Holz announced a raise to 20,000. Addamo used a time bank before making the call and Holz revealed for a flush to recover some lost chips.
