Three players were all-in with premium hands and the following showdown emerged.

Nguyen had both opponents covered but failed to hold up on the 
board. His stack was decimated by a ton as Chau remained short while Tran leaped above the average and celebrated vividly.
Duy Hai Ngoc Nguyen jammed for the last 275,000 and was looked up by Minku Kim while the rest of the table got out of the way.

flop gave Nguyen the top two pair and Kim needed running cards or a ten for the straight. Neither came on the turn and 
river as Nguyen celebrated a double.
In the meanwhile, three contenders were eliminated including Jaesung Park on the feature table.

Duy Hai Ngoc Nguyen raised to 45,000 and was called by Ha Thanh Duong as well as Minku Kim. Nhat Duc Nguyen then pushed all-in for 185,000 and was called by the initial raiser. Duong tanked for a long time and called with 250,000 behind which then forced out Kim.

flop, Nguyen jammed and Duong snap-called.

One of the Nguyen's was already drawing dead while the other had one out to dodge a massive blow. There was no miracle on the 
turn and 
river and the field was cut down by one.
Hazel Chui raised to 40,000 and Dhaval Mudgal then three-bet to 350,000 with 10,000 behind. Chui called while Mudgal glanced over his shoulder on the tournament screen to check for a pay jump. They got it in after the 
flop and Mudgal was ahead.

The 
turn and 
river changed nothing whatsoever as Mudgal doubled into an above-average stack.
Changhwan Lee jammed on the button into two shorter stacks and Dennis Ng was the one to call for the last 230,000 in the big blind.

The board kept Ng in contention with a double and he joked to just wait for a big hand.
Only a few minutes ago, Dinh Tien Van sent Tse Ian Lee to the rail and he was also involved in the next all-in showdown on the same table as well. Win Meng Tan jammed for 230,000 from under the gun and Van opted to call in the small blind.

Both players had suited aces and it was Van who got there on the 
flop. Nothing changed with the turn and the 
river was another blank to knock out Tan.
Only 44 players remain as the pace of eliminations after the break has picked up. Another three levels are to be played for tonight and it appears unlikely that the nine-handed final table will be reached in that time.
Emmanuel Segismundo was all-in for the last 310,000 before the flop and was covered by Hsien Ren Koh.

flop improved Segismundo but Koh had a royal flush draw with a ton of outs. Nothing changed with the turn but the 
river improved Koh to the nut flush.
Two short stacks and three high cards brought the chips into the middle of the table as Fuk On Wong and Hyunkyu Kim were vying to improve their chances of an even deeper run.
