Pan Outdraws Andrews
The UK's Ben Andrews and Taiwan's Cheng-How Pan tangled in a pot that saw the latter take some chips from the former thanks to a bit of help from the board.
Action was picked up on a flop o f![]()
![]()
with close to 11,000 in the pot just as Pan led out for 7,000, only to see Andrew's come over the top from late position with a re-raise to 27,000 in total. While Pan did not look all that thrilled to get re-raised he made the call and the dealer burned and turned the
turn.
With four to a straight out, that killed all the action and there was no more betting in the hand, with both players checking and then checking again on the
turn.
Andrews rolled over ![]()
for a flopped two pair, but Pan had ![]()
and the pair up on the river saw him claim the pot and climb to 195,000, while Andrews dropped to 86,500.
