Broadway for Marchese, Schein Eliminated

Level 1 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Alan Schein was left with just a few chips and found himself all in preflop holding {10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} against three players.

The {J-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop was checked through to see the {5-Spades} land on the turn as the preflop aggressor Tom Marchese bet out 5,000. Doug Polk folded in the small blind, but Stephen Chidwick in the big blind called.

The river landed the {2-Clubs}, and after a check by Chidwick, Marchese bet 14,000 and Chidwick folded.

Although Schein had vacated the tournament area, his hand was tabled to reveal just ten-high, and Marchese revealed his {K-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for king-high to win the pot.

Speaking to Marchese, he informed us that he made a Broadway straight, and on the river Schein shoved all-in and Marchese called with the nuts. Schein declined to show, and following that hand and the following elimination, he was headed to the cage to re-enter.

Haxton Makes an Early Four-Bet

Level 1 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Isaac Haxton raised to 2,500 from under the gun and Justin Bonomo made a three-bet to 9,000 on the button. The action was back on Haxton who put in a four-bet to 25,500 just as his time was expiring. Bonomo called and they were off to the flop.

The dealer fanned a flop of {j-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and Haxton led out for 13,500. Bonomo wasted no time before sending his cards to the muck.

As Lamb's clock counted down, he eventually four-bet to 30,000 and Seiver mucked. Bonomo called and checked the {Q-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop over to Lamb who bet 15,000.

Fedor Holz and Bryn Kenney
Fedor Holz and Bryn Kenney

With around 16,000 in the middle, the dealer fanned the flop of {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and Bryn Kenney checked from the cutoff. Fedor Holz was on the button and made a bet of 11,000. Kenney called and the {3-Clubs} landed on the turn.

Kenney checked again and Holz shoved all-in. Kenney had around 102,000 remaining and would be at risk should he call. After nearly two minutes, Kenney stuck his chips in the middle and the cards were tabled. Kenney was out front with {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} against Holz's {Q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}. The river brought the {q-Hearts} and Holz hit a pair of queens to eliminate Kenney

Schindler Re-Enters

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

Jake Schinder was down to roughly his last 20,000 and was recently eliminated before re-entering and re-joining his original table.

Informed on the hand that left Schindler crippled, it was detailed to us that following a Ben Tollerene open to 2,500, Sean Winter three-bet to 12,000. Schindler made it 27,000, and once Tollerene folded, Winter called.

Winter then check-called bets on the flop and turn before both players checked the river as the final board read {A-}{10-}{10-}{2-}{6-}.

Winter tabled his {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs}, and Schindler mucked.

Polk Misses His Flush

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

On a flop of {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{9-Spades}, Dominik Nitsche and Doug Polk got all of their chips in the middle. Polk turned over {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs} but was up against the {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts} of Nitsche.

The turn was the {6-Spades} and the {5-Spades} river was also of no help to Polk. After counting the chips, Nitsche barely had Polk covered. Polk was sent to the cage and Nitsche stacked the chips.
