Event #5 of the 2026 Poker Masters Gets Underway as the Purple Jacket Race Heats Up
The 2026 Poker Masters continues today at the PokerGO Studio, with Event #5: $10,500 No-Limit Hold’em set to kick off at noon local time.
Players will begin with 125,000 chips, worth 125 big blinds at the opening level of 500/1,000/1,000. Levels will last 30 minutes through Level 12 before increasing to 40 minutes.
As with the previous events, play will continue until just six players remain, with the final table returning on Day 2 to crown a champion.
Myles Mullaly, Nicholas Palma, and Joey Weissman have already claimed titles this series, with Weissman most recently taking down Event #3 for $218,400.
Meanwhile, Vitalijs Zavorotnijs leads the final six in Event #4, with $224,000 awaiting the winner. Among those still in contention is Palma, who is making his second final table appearance of the series after winning Event #2.
With another deep run, Palma has his sights set on taking over the top spot on the Purple Jacket Player of the Series leaderboard.
