Broadway for Stephens
Level 5
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Action folded to Kent Stephens on the button, and he raised to 7,000, which was called by William Draper in the small blind.
Both players checked the 9♦4♦A♥ flop, to see the Q♥ on the turn. Draper then led out for a bet of 10,000, which Stephens called.
The river was the K♠ and Draper bet again, this time for 16,000. Stephens took some time before raising to put Draper all in.
Draper took his time as well, before making the call. Stephens tabled J♦10♣ for the nuts with a Broadway straight, and Draper tossed two pair K♥9♥ in the muck as he exited the tournament area.
