Grise Hits the River to Extend His Lead

Level 19 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Benjamin Grise opened to 120,000 from the button with Q7 and the big blind Sean Winter made the call with A10.

The A69 flop was an action once, giving Winter top pair and Grise a flush draw. After Winter checked, Grise continued for 110,000. Winter made the call.

The turn was the 6 to give Grise a straight draw as well. But this time Winter decided to lead out for a bet of 180,000 and Grise just called.

The river was the 10, giving Winter two pair but bringing in the flush for Grise. Winter decided to check to Grise, who fired out 600,000. Winter took some time before making the call, and seeing the bad news, sending a big pot over to Grise to extend his chip lead.
