Rheem Straightens Out Becker

Level 3 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

With the board reading 547 and a bit over 25,000 in the middle, Chino Rheem checked from under the gun, and Jeremy Becker bet 11,000 from the cutoff, leaving 18,500 behind. Rheem called.

Both players checked the 3 turn, leading to the 8 river. Rheem bet enough to put Becker all-in, and Becker snap-called.

"The way you called so fast, you probably win" Rheem said to Becker.

"I have one pair," Becker replied. Rheem showed A6 for a straight before commenting that Becker was about to show him two clubs.

Becker teased the potential slowroll, showing just the J for a moment, before turning over the J. Becker's overpair was no good and he was sent to the rail while Rheem took the pot. Becker reentered soon after.
