Deng Takes the Lead with Huge Double Through Rossitto
Level 20
: Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Clemen Deng opened to 180,000 from the hijack, and Michael Rossitto defended from the big blind.
The flop came 6♥Q♦J♣. Rossitto checked, Deng bet 120,000, and Rossitto check-raised to 360,000. Deng three-bet to 840,000, and Rossitto called.
Rossitto checked the 2♣ turn and Deng bet 600,000, leaving 760,000 behind. Rossitto shoved with a covering stack, and Deng quickly called.
Clemen Deng: Q♠J♥
Michael Rossitto: K♣Q♥
Rossitto had top pair but was dominated by Deng's top two pair. The 4♦ river kept Deng in front for a massive double, while Rossitto was left with less than 20 big blinds.
