Mel Judah Eliminated

K-K no goot for Mel
K-K no goot for Mel
Michael Dunworth raised to 4,800 from the small blind, Mel Judah moved all in from the big blind for 28,000 and Dunworth called. Judah turned up K-K, in good shape against Dunworth's A-Q. The flop, though, was A-9-2, pairing Dunworth's ace and leaving Judah drawing only to the two remaining kings. The turn was a 9, the river was a 3, and Judah headed to the rail, 30 minutes from the end of Day 1.

Hank the Tank

On a board of {8-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{K-Clubs}, Martin Comer moved all in for 82,500. Hank Hennigan went into the tank for several minutes. He only had 73,500 left in chips and took forever to make a decision. His entire tournament life was at stake.

"If I fold, will you show me?" Hennigan asked.

"Sure," assured Comer.

Hennigan continued to be in the tank and looked up the ceiling for another minute as he muttered to himself.

"F**k it," he said. "I call."

Hennigan slammed his cards on the table and exposed {4-Spades}{4-Clubs} for a set. Comer said it was good and mucked his hand. Hennigan dragged a monster pot worth over 150,000, as Comer slipped to 9,000.
