We caught the action on a flop of {9-Spades}

with a player in the middle position firing 1,250 chips into the middle. Steve Forman-Todd made the call.

The turn was the {Q-Clubs}

and the middle position player moved all in for his last 1,850. Forman-Todd made the call but only held {A-Clubs}

and would need to hit his gutshot as his opponent revealed pocket nines for a set.

Wouldn't you know it, the {10-Clubs}

peeled off on the river to give Forman-Todd the broadway straight and the pot to send his opponent steaming out the door.

Forman-Todd is now amongst our chip leaders with 16,000 chips.

Koun Chhoy fired out a bet of 800 and found himself one caller. The turn was the {Q-Spades}

and Chhoy moved all in for his last 1,325. His opponent made the call but couldn't better the {A-Clubs}

of Chhoy as his two pair collected the double up.

Chhoy is now up to 5,500.

Quoc Nguyen check-called on the turn and then fired a bet of 600 on the river on a board of {A-Spades}

. His opponent made the call and tabled {A-Clubs}

for top pair which was good as Nguyen mucked his hand.

"What a bad time to bluff...I'm playing terrible poker!" sighed Nguyen. "I'm just a donkey! Please help me dealer...any picture card and I'm going!"

Nguyen is down to 1,500 in chips.

PokerNews.com's Editor in Chief John Caldwell has just managed an early double up, courtesy of an aces over kings situation.

Action folded around to Caldwell in the CO+1 position and he made it 250 to go before the flop. His next door neighbor and 6th place finisher at the 2008 Aussie Millions Main Event Antonio Casale then reraised from the cutoff, kicking it up to 750. Holding two red aces, Caldwell decided it was time to get it all in, and pushed his remaining ~3,500 stack across the betting line. Casale made the call and tabled {K-Clubs}

A queen-high board ensued and Caldwell secured the double up, putting him at right around 7,000 in chips.
